We’ll take care of the rest — making sure your clock is perfect before it’s printed and shipped.
2. How long does it take to receive my GlowClock™?
We print and prepare each order within 2–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days across the UK and Ireland.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships!
3. Can I choose the glow colour?
Yes!
Your GlowClock™ changes between 7 beautiful colours, and you can set it to your child’s favourite colour — or let it cycle gently through all colours at night.
4. What powers the GlowClock™?
The clock works with 3 AAA batteries or via a USB cable (not included).
You can choose whichever is most convenient for your child’s room setup.
5. What size is the GlowClock™?
Each GlowClock™ measures approximately 8cm x 8cm x 8cm —
the perfect size for a bedside table, desk, or bookshelf.
6. Is the screen bright enough for night-time?
The screen is softly lit — bright enough for your child to see the time easily,
but gentle enough not to disturb their sleep.
7. What if I made a mistake in my personalisation?
